The President of the Court of Appeal, Justice Zainab Bulkachuwa has comprised the Governorship and National Assembly political decision request council to deal with petitions emerging from the November 16 governorship political race in Kogi State.
The court’s secretary, Umar Abubakar revealed this in an announcement gave on Tuesday in Lokoja, the state capital.
As per him, the council has been commanded to hear and decide petitions that may emerge from the political decision.
He said the court will likewise deal with petitions emerging from the rescheduled strengthening and re-run political decision in the Kogi West Senatorial area and the Ajaokuta Federal Constituency rerun.
Senator Yahaya Bello of the decision All Progressives Congress (APC) was re-chosen for a second term in office subsequent to overcoming the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) competitor, Musa Wada and 23 others in the November 16 political race.
